Kage listens intently the the woman's words, thinks for a moment and replies, "I think a good place to meet might be that food court in the mall. I saw lots of groups meet there and no one seemed to be paying any attention to one another. Have them meet me tomorrow at noon, if that's not too short of notice." Kage listens again about the items, "Handling hot merchandise is nothing I'm not familiar with, but please do look into the Razor Claw when/if you get a chance. I don't need these items now, I just want to make sure they're available to me."
Kage then hears then mention of Team Rocket. He had heard rumors of a large operation suddenly appearing out of nowhere in the Kanto region, but he figured they were just that, rumors. "Team Rocket, huh? Where can I get in touch with them? Can they be trusted? Lastly, how can I get ahold of you if I need to, Isolde?"

"I can get out the word tonight, so you can meet them tomorrow in the food court. I'll give them your description, so try to wear something similar tomorrow. I'll see what I can find out about the Razor Claw. As far as getting in touch with Team Rocket, it depends on why you are getting in touch. They are eager to recruit members so its easy to find a place to join, but they are cautious in who they sell to, so you might need to either earn yourself something of a reputation or join there group before you will be able to get a hold of what they sell. From what I understand, they tend to stick to their word, but don't make any assumptions and always bring back up when you meet with them. As far as contacting me, let me show you something." She takes out a pokedex that looks very similar to your visadex. She skims through a few programs till she hits upon a phone program. "This is a program that allows you to make untraceable calls. I'm going to give you a chip to download it, and then I'm going to give you my number verbally. Memorize it. Call only using the untraceable phone program." She gives you a chip for your dex and then slowly speaks her phone number.

Kage accepts the chip, downloads the program, and memorizes the number. He thanks Isolde and shakes her hand before he leaves. Heading back out into the city he decides to get a better feel for the city by exploring it. During his stroll around the city, he'l keep an eye out for a Meowth and an ear out for any interesting banter from citizens. Lastly, he'll be looking for a residence that fits the profile for his sticky fingers. Nothing too fancy, but not a shoddy shack.

Meowth encounters, house heists and starting your own criminal team are all going to take more than a post to go somewhere, so I am going to start the November hiatus for your thread now. Posting will resume on December 1st.

Awwww.... ALright, see ya then! Question, though, does that chip make it possible to use the Phone for all calls? Or do I still need to get the Phone Extension?

You could use the phone for other calls,-but people getting the call will not be able to see who is calling them and might be a bit suspicious, depending on who they are.

Frank Scale stepped off the dock onto dry ground, fighting the urge to drop to his knees and begin kissing it. "Finally," he breathed, reaching up a hand to massage his neck. He took out one of the Pokeballs from the belt around his waist, releasing Minora out into the dock beside him. "This place is going to be our new home. What do you think of it?" he asked the little Teddiursa. The little bear 'mon looked around and then sniffed, turning up her nose. "Now, now, Princess Minora," Frank chided, laughing. "Beggars can't be choosers, and right now, we're definitely beggars." He looks at the city of Celadon about a half hour away, and sighs, his legs already aching. "How about we do some fishing before we head over to the big city, see if we can meet any new friends." Minora sniffs again, but extends her paw daintily for Frank to hold on to. Frank laughs again, and begins to search for a good out of the way spot to fish.

Kage: Wandering the city you get a better idea of how the city is shaped. There is a massive shopping district that you had seen before, which is close by a business district. Surrounding the two are residential areas. The parts close to the shopping and business districts seem to be fairly middle class. Further away, in the south part of town, the residential areas seem to be more poor and the north section of town has a lot more fancy looking houses. The only real exception to this is the Celedon Gym, which is right in the middle of the poor district but is surrounded by still poor, but nicer looking houses and a good bit of plant life. It is in the northern part of town that you find a house you decide might be a good place to rob. When you are getting a look at the place trying to figure the best way in, you spot movement on the roof. As you watch, a meowth crawls from the rooftop, picks an upper window lock and sneaks inside the place.
Frank: You and Minora walk together out of the small inhabited area around the dock. It does not take you long to find a quiet piece of beach and the two of you set to doing some fishing. Please roll a Survival roll for your fishing attempt. Also, are you trying to catch a pokemon or trying to catch a normal fish for food? Also: Can you put a link to your character sheet in your signature please?

Frank sits down at the fishing spot, and sets Capricorn's ball within easy reach before casting a line. "Let's see how my luck is here," he murmurs to himself.

the boat ride was crowded and long. even so, when it finally entered the harbor in celedon he was the last one off. after all, it's not like he had anyone waiting for him there. the rest of his family (his mother, father and even his best friend) had all stayed behind to help with the war effort. if he had his way, he would be there with them. but instead, he was in a foreign land with no idea what to do next. he only had his his partners, Kipperin and Daemon, and his meager amount of cash that his father had given him. given his current situation, the first thing he would have to do is find some kind of temporary housing. if this region was anything like his home, he could always bunk for a small fee at the local pokemon center. but that was to be seen.
he walked to the pokemon center and approached the counter. he asked the nurse, "Do you have any rooms for the night? i just got off the boat and need a place to stay while i figure out my situation." he waited calmly for her answer.

Chortling at his good fortune, Kage watches the Meowth closely. He looks around the property for a way up to the window that is already opened, but will attempt to open one himself if there's no way up.

Vera steps off the boat, Jess perched on her shoulder. Or, more accurately, slumped. The boat ride has not been kind to the Zubat, who has bravely remained out of her Pokeball to keep her trainer company. Sam, on the other hand, retreated early on when it was made clear that he would have little to no access to water. Neither begrudge him that.
"Well," she says softly. "Here we are. It's too bad Mom and Dad couldn't come along. Or Garrith. Or Sasha..." The last name is spoken with a particularly deep longing. The other Coordinator is one of her dearest friends, and part of her thinks that there may have been something even deeper than that. But it's too late for such wishes now. She starts walking around, asking about places to stay. She thinks she has enough money to pay for at least one night at a hotel.

Frank: You are not the greatest of fisherman, and so you go for quite a while without catching much of anything, but persistence pays off and after about forty-five minutes of trying you manage to pull a Goldeen to the surface. The creature is pretty strong and you can't seem to manage to pull it to shore, but for now it is above water and close to the shore.
Isaac: The nurse behind the counter says that this particular Pokemon Center is out of room because of the torrent of refugees, but tells you that Celedon is large enough that it has two others, and she knows that both of them have room. She gives you directions and asks if their is anything else you need help finding or anything you want to know about the new region.
Kage: The house has architecture that is well suited for climbing, with little sections of rock protruding out on the edges of windows and such. The route to that particular window is not as easy as some of the others, but you figure you can make it so you start scaling. You manage to make it up to that window but just as you are getting inside your foot pressures part of the stone a bit too hard and a chunk falls down below making a soft crash. It doesn't seem loud enough to be noticed by neighbors, but apparently the Meowth heard it. The creature was apparently cautious indeed and just as you manage to get through the window itself it runs back into the room looking to come out the way it went. It stops in shock when it sees you climbing inside. #Somehow your character sheet is no longer public. Can you make it public so I can read it?
Vera: You ask around town and their seems to be a few options. There are three pokemon centers in town, and they give free room and board to all pokemon trainers. One of them is full up from all the refugees, but the other two have room. They do however have small rooms and you will likely have to share. On the other hand you can get a hotel room for anywhere from 50 to 500 depending on the quality of hotel you want to stay in. #Also, can you add a link to your character sheet in your signature please? It makes my job a lot easier.

Frank grunts with exertion, trying to pull the pokemon closer to shore. The gold and white flash of the fish pokemon catches his eye immediately. "Wow," he whispers under his breath, inching his hand towards the ball that held Capricorn. "Hello, beautiful," he called out over the water. "I'm sorry about the line; I never thought I would run into something as..." he thought for a moment. What was a good, gender-neutral appeal to beauty he could say? "Striking as you. Do you mind swimming a little closer? I would love just to get a better look."
