This time it is you that makes the bug go splat, and Mankey who simply makes one wince. Still, the one right in front of you is down, and the other two don't seem as strong, using poison sting again instead of bug bite. Ms. Calico shouts out, "The package is a fossil revivor. Won't do any good until I get to the museum where I can revive some fossils."

Jin nods to Ms. Calico before turning back toward the Weedle, from here he had a clear shot of the outside, he left the Mankey to fend for itself at the moment and tossed a pokeball through the open door. A large shadow overcame the remaining bugs as Onix let out a fearsome roar. "Onix, get the one at the back!" Jin called as he leapt over the splattered bugs and did a mid-air double kick on the closer of the two.

The two attacks are enough to finish off the last of the weedle. Ms. Calico exhales and then says, "Would you care to escort me to the museum. I don't know if more of those creatures are out there or not. I'll tell you what ever you want to know about whoever you want to go after as we walk."

Jin thanked Jet and Onix, returning the Mankey for now but thinking the size of his other pokemon might deter smaller critters for now. He seemed to look down over the squashed Weedle with some regret- he was fighting for his and Ms. Calico's life but... at this point it didn't matter, nothing left to do. "Yes, let's go quickly... seeing as this issue is forcing itself upon us, why don't you fill me in on the other threat we discussed- Sadman. And... tell me about your sister, if nothing else I'd like to try convincing her to turn over a new leaf, perhaps some words from her sister would help my chances." He moved the bodies of the man and weedle outside so her door could be closed, then stood guard as she got herself ready, offering to carry the fossil regenerator.

The woman declines your offer to carry the regenerator, saying she would much rather you were combat ready in case of more bugs. As you both walks she talks, "I don't know a lot about Sadman, as I only met him for a short while. He is a psycho who just likes to see things getting torn apart. His father was a demolotions worker and he has learned the best ways to blow things up since he was 4, so his psychosis is backed up with incredible skill in his field. Combine that with a strange empathetic connection he has to pokemon that commonly use self-destruct and you have a very dangerous man. He seems entirely uninterested in much outside the field of explosions, though he apparently is interested in women as well as displayed by his interest in my sister. He is crazy, analytic, patient and paranoid. He is obviously quite intelligent, but incredibly ignorant in all fields outside of the demolitions. That's about all I know about him. As far as my sister goes, I could write a book, but I can distill it down to a few core concepts. She is clever and attractive, and she enjoys flaunting these two things. She commits crimes because she wants to prove that she is better and smarter than others, and she also likes looking at pretty stuff and enjoys the comforts that money can bring. She tends to be egocentric, but is devoted to whatever she puts her mind to. When she plans a heist, she intentionally keeps the plan vague, because she likes to think on her feet and doesn't feel that she is winning intellectually if she has a month to plan it ahead of time and they only have the few minutes she is there. She doesn't like to hurt people and will go out of the way to avoid it, unless they are dismissive or mean to her or someone she has grown attached to, in which case she will stop caring about the well being of that person at all, and will casually ruin there lives or kill them. She also always feels like she needs to tell the story of her victories, and that is where I come in. She always swings by my place every few weeks and tells me the stories."

Jin digested the information he was getting, quite a bit to work with, for now he had a couple followups but kept his eyes and ears peeled while they moved. Onix was nearby but Jin felt it would be more beneficial in the event of a fight if they were separate for now. "Why would a man like that be interested in collecting a bounty..? Either way, I can't comfortably let him just do what he wants when he's so close by. When he spoke about your sister, did you get the feeling he was going to try and take her in dead? I just wonder if he'd go so far as to rig that cabin to blow. Do you happen to know how competent he is in combat, when not armed with an explosive or pokemon willing to do the deed for him?"
As he walked Jin fiddled with some things in his pockets and now held a small fragile glass orb, filled with some spikes. He then pockets the Caltrops and seems to produce a smoke ball from nowhere. "And your sister... when was her last visit? It sounds like you're on decent terms so I assume she'd know where you're staying after you leave here?" After getting his supplies ready, he pulled out a potion and sprayed it over the large bitemark left by those odd Weedle, it stung but he had put up with much worse.

"Oh, Sadman was not looking for my sister to kill her or turn her in for the reward. He was interested in romancing her. Somehow the guy got the idea that both of them being on the bounty list together meant that they were destined for each other. As I said, he is not that stable of a fellow. Still, I doubt he takes rejection well, and I suspect that cabin is probably rigged to blow fairly easily if he does not get his way. As far as how dangerous he is without explosives, I can't really say. He is a big guy, and hes crazy, so that makes him pretty dangerous already, but I doubt he has had any martial arts experiance or anything. Still, seperating him from his explosives is likely going to be a difficult feat. As for my sister, she visited last week. I told her where I was likely going to end up, so yeah, she will find me after I leave."

Jin lost a step at the Sadman revelation, before shaking his head a little and sighing to himself. "Some people..." He muttered, before regaining his pace. "Alright, so simply waiting for her to come find you isn't exactly a prudent strategy. I'll have to deal with Sadman first, my training... will likely assure I am not seen until I want to be, it sounds like if I get in close I'll have a shot- unless he's just crazy enough to blow himself up to take me out." Jin raised an eyebrow and looked back at Ms. Calico for some assurance, but wasn't expecting much to be had. "Do you happen to know where your sister was staying most recently? She was spotted in Celedon, but I can't be sure how quickly she moves around."
Content for now, Jin would pour all his attention into making sure they were safe from any more bug attacks on the way to the museum.

"I don't think he would kill himself, but he might be willing to wound himself pretty badly. Not a psychologist though, so I can't say for sure. As far as my sister, the last I heard, she was headed to Saffron to run some sort of con there. She can get places fast though, and it would not be unlike her to travel a few hundred miles across country on a whim. I've got an address where she is going to be at some point in the next week if you want to track her down in Saffron." Eventually you make it to the Museum, with no more bug encounters. "Thanks for the help. Hopefully the pokemon I revive will be willing to help against the bugs. If you survive the Sadman encounter, stop by again and say hi, it was nice talking with you." She heads inside the museum.

Jin quietly nodded, calling out before Ms. Calico was out of sight. "Wait- My name is Jin, what is yours?" A simple request, but he wanted to be able to think of her as something besides 'Ms. Calico' or 'Jasmine's sister' since she had already done so much to help him. "I'll be back to get that address, so stay safe." He'd add as a final note, before heading out and hoping the revived pokemon would really be the bug-killer she was hoping for.
Jin walked back outside and looked up at his Onix, a smirk crawling across his lips. "Looks like we made an unlikely friend, now how about we go take out an expected threat?" Onix growled lowly, before offering a slow nod. "I thought as much, for now though why don't you come back? I'll be more careful as I travel this time... no more unexpected Mankey swarms, promise." He returned the Onix before going at a decent pace toward Jasmine's cabin, this time taking care to keep his senses sharp and keep out of sight as much as possible along the way.

The lady turns back and says, "My name is Camomile. Our mom was a bit obsessed with tea." After a pause she adds, "It was good meeting you Jin, even aside from the life saving." With that you head out into the woods, looking for the cabin that Camomile had described. You don't find anything for a bit, but after you make your way into the forest for about a mile you see a pretty obvious trail. You walk cautiously for several more miles, and then when you realize you are getting close to the house you start walking really cautiously, being averse to stepping on a bomb or something. Just when you spot the house, you also notice the state of the soil around the house. It has been recently dug up and combed. It seems likely that a large area around the house is mined, except perhaps the main walkway right up to the front door. From you perspective just outside the clearing you can see that the cabin is simple. You can see one window and one door from the side you can see, with another couple of windows likely on the other side. At the moment you see no movement inside.

Jin felt himself being pulled back to his homeland, he wasn't in the woods outside Pewter city, he was behind enemy lines... traps, bombs, the deafening silence that came with his line of work, the calm before the storm. He slowly crept around the clearing taking in the surroundings, scoping out the place, searching for the path of least resistance. An unlocked door, a cracked window, an unknown entrance through the floor, once he had his target he moved in quickly and quietly.
The subterranean bombs were hardly a second thought to Jin, he was capable of weaving and stepping past them like he wasn't even there, and he was confident that if he couldn't see Sadman the reverse was easily true. Once he had breached the first line of defenses he was peeking in windows, and putting his ears to walls to try and spot which Sadman was in, before he'd enter with or without that assurance.

The window is open, and you creep up to it stealthily, looking inside at the state of the cabin. When you check, you see scattered electronics and pieces of bombs lying all over the ground of the place, and Sadman himself moving very carefully, obviously constructing another bomb. You see several voltorb positioned in the four corners of the building, looking inside. They don't spot you now, but their is no way to sneak close to Sadman without several of them seeing you.

One point of entry, four lookouts, one target... Jin narrowed his eyes as he formulated a plan. He quietly crept along the outside of the cabin grabbing a potted plant or rock along the way, and tossing it at one of the recently dug up patches of earth, intending to set off one of the landmines- he silently hoped they were not all rigged on a remote.
His distraction made he prepared himself with a moment of meditation, before leaping into the room by one Voltorb and tossing a pokeball near the other closest. "Take that one out, I've got this one." Jin said lowly before unleashing a couple swift kicks into the side of the pokemon-bomb. Onix roared to announce it's presence before unleashing an attack intended to harm and slow.

The explosions goes off just as you jump in and it succeeds in distracting all of the Voltorb and Sadman himself. Unfortunately even with the distraction, Onix's attack goes wide, though it kinda crushes the roof above and the voltorb you are targeting dodges one of the kicks and takes the second kick reasonably OK. The one that you kicked blows itself up, while the others stay in position, and Sadman laughs before sending out a Geodude between you and him. "Who might you be mystery man?
