The twins say that they should be able to go and meet with other gang members fairly easily. They agree to call when they have news and then they head out. You yourself begin the process of making yourself the spitting image of the man you saw so many times on the tv. You can tell that the man has a certain presence about him that will be almost impossible to duplicate, but at the same time, the mans charisma may work to your advantage, as many of his followers will be so in awe of him that they won't look to closely or analyze what you might be saying when you are dressed up as him. If you ever find yourself in the same place as him, you feel confident your disguise won't hold up. While you are putting the costume together, you contact the drowzee. "Little progress. Most of the kids don't seem interested in much in the way of prophecy, and a lot have a hard time accepting news from a pokemon psychic being fairly human centric. Still, we have a few people following us, but not many compared to the number we have seen."

"Have you met the leader yet? Are you able to talk with him?"
If the Drowsee has made contact, and can reestablish it, Lee will ask if he can take control of the Drowzee for a moment to talk to the leader.
If Lee does go to take over the Drowzee he will move to somewhere secure to duck out of sight.

"Doesn't seem to be much in the way of a leader actually. They all seem to know each other from the psychic school in the saffron gym. If there is a leader its the gym leader Sabrina, and she certainly is not actually part of the gang."

Sabrina huh... that gives Lee and idea, but he'll have to wait. First things First he has to approach the his target on central street. Lee heads over there, and scouts around a bit.

From your info, you know the guy tends to spend a lot of his time deep in the alleys, and approaching him directly is difficult, but all the members of the gang that are on the street will know where he is and will likely lead you to him fairly easily. You quickly find a small group of gang members sitting on the side of the street talking to each other and leering at nearby passerbys.

Lee (in costume) walks up to the thugs, puts his hands on his hips and says in an angry voice "And just what do you think you're doing out here?!"
Lee holds the sternness for a moment before breaking into a booming laugh and grabbing one of the men on the shoulder. "You should have seen your face! Now where is (guy I'm looking for)?"

The group looks a bit stunned and then grins and points down an alley. "Two lefts then a right. He is in the mah-jong parlor back there." You follow the directions, and find a mah-jong parlor. You step inside and the place is smokey and kinda red themed. After a bit of looking around you see the guy you are looking for sitting around a table with different colored tiles in a big square and a bunch of little plastic sticks in front of different people. He seems concentrated on the game, and does not notice you yet.

Lee walks over to the counter (assuming there is one) and motions over the man behind it. "Let (so and so) know to meet me here when he finishes up his game." Lee, holding a piece of paper with meeting coordinates on it (a place I know will be safe from both rockets and his guys), looks over to (whats his face) and hollars, as the boss would, something along the lines of "oy!" When the man looks up he waves the paper in his hand and leaves it on the counter before walking out. Lee hopes the smoke in the parlor, and the distance between the two of them is enough to still suspicion.

When the guy looks and sees you disguised as the boss, he does not finish his game, he cashes out and steps outside after your right away. "Whats up boss? More word on that supposed Rocket attack we have been hearing about lately? Still think it sounds paranoid, but he have the kids ready just in case."

Lee looks around and walks down an empty looking ally, or road, making a gesture for the man to follow.
(am i aware at all of how the rockets are planning on treating the townspeople? Im assuming thats something that i would have heard about from either Rikkia or Eddie or someone.)
"I dont thinks its paranoid (name).... I was approached by someone from their organization, and they made me... us, an offer. They want us to join them. They say they've been watching us for awhile, they know who we are and how we operate, and overall they like us. But what isnt to like?" Lee lets out a laugh, "They say they dont want to dissolve our family, but keep it together. Hell, he talked about how they plan to protect pokemon centers, and innocents during the invasion. He made it sound more like they were here to SAVE the city... and maybe thats what the city really needs? Theres so much crime, and fighting, and gloom... I think joining them is the right option."

#For the most part the Rockets plan on treating the townsfolk fine. There will be pretty severe movement restrictions around town for a little while, but once they have gotten the town secure they plan on largely acting as a protective force for the city. They do plan on being harsh on criminals that are not willing to join up and with people that resist the take-over.
The man gives you a strange look, cocking his head sideways, "Something happen to you Tim? They do some psychic shit to you or something? You have completely reversed your stance from yesterday, and you realize that a lot of the 'crime' they are talking about is caused by us don't you? I bet they are just trying to lure us into some kinda trap. Don't be listening to their garbage Tim."

"Think about it, if we dont join them we get caught in a city wide struggle, even if we win we are left weakened, and our family broken. But who says that just because we join them our 'crime' has to stop. We may play less of a role in Saffron, but the Rockets could empower us to operate elsewhere. We could keep the family together, and have support we never had before. It'll help take our kids off the streets and into a well structured, organized, and maintained organization. The best part is, they still get to do what they love, with people they love. The Rockets arent a threat to our way of life, a threat to our family. They are what we've been looking for, the next step.

The man gives you a weird look then shakes his head. "What is the plan then? Shall I call a meeting so you can tell everyone your new vision?"

"Yah get all of your kids together, quick as you can. I'll wait for you back by the mah-jong(?) bar."
Lee thinks about contacting one of the others for back up, but with everyone else doing their part he decides it best to go alone on this one.

The man nods and heads out to gather some people. What are you doing in the meantime?
