Shannon walks over and picks the captured pokemon up, looks at it hesitantly, and puts it with her others. She gives Galahad a smile and a nod and returns him to his ball as well, then turns to her companions and says, What's the plan Misty? Take these back to town the way we did the others?
As she finishes her question Shannon is already working to get the wounded and dead humans ready to get back to town.

Misty replies, "Lets not waste any time, if any of these people are alive we need to get them back to a hospital." With that she calls for an enormous Gyardos. "Load them up on my friend here and then I can fly all of us out of here." A quick examination lets you determine that the girl and the scientist are dead, but the man in the lab coat is still hanging on to life. Shannon and Cecil get everything loaded up, and the Gyarados flies up into the sky carrying you all to a hospital where the living man is taken to the emergency room quickly, while the two bodies are taken away by the staff as well. The two of you are taken to a nice cozy room where a well dressed older gentleman is asking you if you need anything or if you would like and psychological help after witnessing something like that.
With that, the November hiatus will begin. I'll be posting again December 1st.

No sir, I don't need any help. I want to figure out what happened, and I doubt you'll be any help with that, Shannon replies to the therapist, waving her hand in the air then slumping down into the chair. How is the man we brought back? Is he going to make it?
Shannon doesn't have may friends that she shares feelings with, why does this old guy think she would want to share them with him? Weird rich city people, they don't make any sense Shannon thinks.
After waiting for the therapist to reply about the injured man, Shannon relaxes in the chair and waits for Cecil to discuss whatever he wants to with the man.

"From what I heard, he is in bad shape but should pull through. He is young and healthy. If all goes well he should be well enough to speak to visitors by tomorrow." He hesitates for a moment and then adds, "Are you sure you don't want to to talk about anything. Death is a hard subject, but talking about it can help bring acceptance."

Talk about what? I didn't know any of them, and I've seen people die before, Shannon replies as she crosses her arms.
After a few seconds she continues, What else do we have to do?

"You are free to go at any time. Misty told us to tell you that she wanted to thank you both for your help and that she wanted you to stop by her gym later. The two of you seem medically healthy, so feel free to head out whenever you feel up to it. If you want to talk to the kid, he'll be available tomorrow as I said before."

Well, I'm gonna go then. Shannon stands up and turns to Cecil saying, I'll meet you at the front door to Misty's gym in an hour. I want to meet that weird pokemon I caught that was attacking us and figure out what ever it is. And, make sure it will like me and my other pokemon.
She starts walking out and at the door stops to say, thanks for trying to help, I guess I could've ben nicer. then a See ya in a bit Cecil.
Once outside, Shannon walks to a secluded part of the town park and releases the newly caught pokemon that had just recently been violently attacking her and her friends with a Well, her goes nothing, lets hope it doesn't attack again.
Once out Shannon looks at it contemplatively and says My name is Shannon. I had recently decided to stop catching pokemon that didn't want to be captured, but you were hurting people, and catching you was a last resort. What was going on back there?

The pokemon seems kind of confused by your question. "We were hunting food. Food is to be eaten. Do you not eat food?" Its not being aggressive towards you and has its head cocked sideways.

Shannon sits down indian style holding her up her chin on her fists and continues, Well, everyone eats food. We just consider eating people to be unallowable. On top of that, most people including myself, consider eating pokemon to be unallowable as well. We eat other kinds of animals to get meat.
What do you normally eat for meat? If it's not humans how did it happen this time? |

"Well, thats the way life goes at times i suppose; and as such you cant be surprised you were attacked by other humans for trying to eat some." Shannon changes the subject while sitting straighter and dropping her hands to her lap.
"At any rate, i captured you in a pokeball despite not wanting to do that anymore. So ill make you this promise: travel, fight, eat, help others, and try to befriend me and my friends for ten days. At the end of that ill either break your ball and let you go back to your friends, or you can stay with me and my friends. What do you say? For starters, tell me all about yourself."

"Food must be very important to you. Ill do my best to make sure you are fed. Well, time for you to meet the rest of the team."
Shannon reaches for her other pokeballs releasing Galahad, Balian, and (rattata) saying "Guys, meet our new travel companion. He is going to be part of the team, for a bit at least. Introduce yourselves and such."
Shannons pokemon approach and introduce themselves to the newcomer before them as Shannon scans it with her pokedex.

The pokedex does not recognize the pokemon. You can faintly recall Misty saying something about the scientist having been researching a new species. It does however remind you of another pokemon, but you can't quite put your finger on it.
