You saw him during your trip over on the boat. He is another of the refugees.

Yeah. He wanted to team up with someone and you and he were in the same town, so you ran into each other.

Zashi's hand falls as the smaller man's gaze pieces through him. Unable to get then man's attention, Zashi says, "Well, it was a pleasure to meet you, I guess. As we are both refugees, you are always welcome by my side." With that Zashi exits the station an heads west, as he was instructed by the officer, keeping an eye out for conflict. Oroku walks at his side, eyes peeled.

You head into the west part of town, and it is like you have been transported to a different country. The shrines and houses have a distinct feel and the very movement of the town brings you back memories of your childhood and your father. You notice men and woman with obvious weapons wearing the colors of both houses walking around the district, but so far they seem content to glare at each other. Your first bit of conflict occurs when Oroku is looking the wrong way and bumps into a group of warriors from the Akadama clan. They turn there gaze from the Kuroa family to your pokemon and then to you. "You going to apologie for your pokemon? Maybe let me beat on it for a bit for its clumsiness?" hisses the smallest member of the group as he steps very close to you.

"My humblest apologies, sir, it won't happen again." Zashi bows to the man, hand discreetly on his weapon. Hoping to avoid conflict, he then turns to his partner, "Be more careful Oroku, now bow and apologize." Oroku does as instructed, but with some reluctance. Eyes never leaving those they are confronted with as the bow, Zashi rises and attempts to keep moving.

The small man looks down at you as you bow, and just as you are about to walk past him, the man reaches out and grabs your arm. "Apollogies are not enough. I want you to beg forgiveness." The man sneers at you and your pokemon and the other men with him put there hands near there swords. Out of the corner of your eye you notice the man from the pokemon center walking up the street. Additionally, it looks like some people from the other clan are watching this confrontation with interest. You feel pretty certain that if a fight breaks out they will join in on your side and make this much bigger than a small brawl.

((I assume you mean the man from the Police Station, yes? If so, then...)) "Look, there will be no begging, and no fighting here. I am here under orders of the Police and I'll be going now." Zashi backs off a few steps with Oroku and looks towards the man from the Police Station((?)). Hand still on his sword, ready for a fight if need be.

"Oh my, my deepest apologies that I am so late. I have been in a bit of a fog lately!"
Enzuna appears with all the subtlety of a Tauros in a china shop, and seems oblivious to the tension going on. He nods at the other warriors. "Please excuse us." He gives a quick bow as well to the men, hoping to defuse the situation a bit. 18123817412d6+5
This would be a Charm roll by the way.
<Sorry, my post rate has been low ever since I started posting via phone more! I'll try to get it back up.
Quick question, has Enzuna healed up from (presumably) stopping by the center after seeing Koga? Im gonna assume he went to get patched up, since he's barely standing from that Koffing hit.
Also hello! I didn't realize I was holding anyone up before, sorry about that!>

((don't worry about it buddy, no holding up, just I noticed you said your post were to be infrequent and I am impatient, so really it's my fault. Glad to have you aboard!))
((ALso, my character can't talk to people well, but can handle his weapon as if it were a language in it's own! lol))

<Duly noted! Enzuna is decent with people, great with pokemon, and attacks people from range with Hadouken Aura pulses. He's fairly small and flimsy though, so he won't be scaring anyone anytime soon. >

Zashi's refusal to fight and Enzuna's sudden appearance and aprbuptness gives the two of you enough time to move away from the angry little man, and by the time he gets ready to shout something to Zashi again, one of his man grabs his shoulder and he turns away instead. As the two of you walk away, a very small older woman in a black and white kimono calls to you from a bench she is sitting on outside a book store. "That was impressive, both of you. Most of the police don't put up with that kind of abuse and end up starting fights instead of stopping them. Still, I'm not sure how the problem is going to be solved without someone getting those two clans to back down."
