You ask around town for a while, and learn that while Saffron is home to the fighting gyms of Karate and Judo, the other three types are a bit less common. Their are whispers of a team of pokemon thieves trained in the brutal style, and the Saito clan that lives in the west half of town wield swords, but you hear nothing about the meditating style.

While the easiest group to find would be the sword wielders, the brutal thieves sound like they need to be made a much greater priority. However, first he'd have to find help.
Enzuna attempts to look up if their are any bounties on them, and if their are, if there are any bounty hunters looking to form a group to take them down.
Should that fail, perhaps he'll ask the Police Station next...
Edit: PS, sorry I havn't posted as much lately, nowadays most of my PbPing is via phone, and I can't post on my phone easily on this site. It goes bonkers and constantly tells me to purchase it's app.

You ask around town about people looking to fight against thieves, but apparently they have not really done much around here, their attacks taking place more in the more northern parts of Kanto. When you head to the police station to ask around there you hear the police explaining to a man with a sword at his side that you kinda remember getting off the boat with about how he could help keep the fight between several of the towns clans from affecting the citizens.

The man greets you, tells you that as a fellow refugee he would be willing to work together with you in the future and heads out of the police station. When you ask about the thieves to the police, they tell you that you would have a better bet checking out the more northerly towns and that this, "Team Rocket" doesn't operate down here in Fuschia.

The man tells you that he is heading to the west part of town to try to diffuse and stop fights, as there are two warring families making trouble in that part of town. You agree to go with him but tell him you will meet him after you here from the police. You get the information I mentioned in the post above from the police and then head to the section of town that the man mentioned. You see him attempt to diffuse a situation involving one of the two groups but the group in question seems insistent on turning this into a scene. Please jump over to "What comes Venonat-rually."
