Didn't know where to post this to make sure you saw it . . . Your sheet looks like it has an old version of Withdraw.
This is copy/pasted from the Handbook:
Effect: The user becomes Withdrawn. While Withdrawn, the user becomes immune to Critical Hits and gains Damage Reduction equal to half their Level, with a minimum of 10. However, while Withdrawn, the user cannot Shift, and may only use self-targeting Moves. The user may stop being Withdrawn as a Shift Action.
Just in case you didn't actually want to use it on those rattatas or something, thought I'd give you a heads up.
