The redhead grins, slowing down to a light jog as he approaches the baton wielding guard with Quinn on his shoulder and Domino following close behind. Before he gets too close, he raises his arms up in a position of surrender, though Cam keeps advancing nonetheless. "Hey, hey, relax there...we don't want any trouble..." And it's at that moment, completely contradictory to his words, that the teenager springs forward, clapping his arms down on the man's shoulders to drive a knee into his stomach. "Now, light him up, Dom!" Barely a second after his trainer called for it, the Houndour is shooting a small jet of flame at the guard's side from his mouth, sparks falling onto the catwalk for the short time the projectile flies through the air.
(Cameron speed 15, Domino speed 12. Disregard the Ember if Barrier counted as my command action for the round.)
Cam's Feint Attack (can't miss): 4EKgVYxo1d20 2d6+20
Domino's Ember (Burns on 18+): 1d20 2d6+22
(Also, for anybody still on the ground floor wanting to come upstairs, my Barrier bridge should last until the end of the scene/encounter.)1d202d6+201d202d6+22

I look confidently at the scientist in the robe trying to look cool and impressed of what I see around me. I was wondering what kind of strange and exciting experiments where being held here in the labs, so I was expecting that someone who really knew what was going on could explain. I look directly to the guy with a charming look trying to have him explain to me what is going on, so that no battle is needed, although I keep my distance so as to seem to ask permission to come closer and also a safe distance from attacks. Possibly someone smart will feel piety of me.

#Mike: It did not roll the first time because you accidentally typed 2d6+2d8 instead of 2d6+28 Isaac and Mike: The guard that Tinea hit looks pretty bad, the one that Kipperin hit doesn't look that bad, while the one that Isaac hit seems like he could take a fair bit more damage. Kip Extra Crit Damage: _49oKqV71d8+6 The guards look like they cannot move very fast through the sticky web and are only able to attack the two that were already in melee range. The guys yell and generally make themselves pretty scary looking along with leering while they try and punch out Kip and Isaac: 2 uses of Intimidate on Isaac, 2 uses on Kip. 2 Struggle Attacks at each as well, and after that 2 uses of Leer on each. Struggle vs Isaac 1d20 1d8+17 Normal Physical Struggle vs Isaac 1d20 1d8+17 Normal Physical Struggle vs Kip 1d20 1d8+17 Normal Physical Struggle vs Kip 1d20 1d8+17 Normal Physical Leer vs Isaac 1d20 Leer vs Isaac 1d20 Leer vs Kip 1d20 Leer vs Kip 1d20
Cameron: The guard takes a fair bit of damage, but remains standing. "Think your a tough guy eh?" The man gives you an intimidating stare, (Using Intimidate on you), then swings hard with the baton in his hands. While he swings, he keeps eye contact giving you a look of pure, unbridled cruelty. AC2 1d20 2d6+21 Normal Physical You are also effected by the attack Mean Look, which makes you slowed and trapped.
Owain: The man's startled face turns into something more kind, "I'm afraid the work being done here is confidential and highly classified, but I understand your love of mystery and the unknown. Do you have any experiance working in labs before? I can take you down to human resources and try and get you a job here if you do."1d8+61d201d8+171d201d8+171d201d8+171d201d8+171d201d201d201d201d202d6+21

#Ahh... my bad...
"Tinea, fly next to the guards and blow them off of the balcony!" Butterfree flies next to the two guards, lining them up and uses Whirlwind. BGaOXDU51d20 AC2
Should they fall, Mike will continue forward and assist Cameron with Fell Stinger, allowing Isaac to continue. Should they not fall, Mike will instead use Fell Stinger on the guard that was hit with Psybeam. 1d20 AC2 1d8+15 Bug Physical1d201d201d8+15

I forgot the extra plus 5 to Mike's attack from Vanguard if the guards have lower initiative.

Isaac and Kippperin both took heavy hits from the guards. but thanks to Mike and Tinea they were now out of the way. he now had two choices. he could either proceed to the doors and get into the rooms, or he could take out the guards from above and help out the people below. he decided to help out his comrades by sniping the guards from above. Isaac, remembering how the bat caught fire in his hand, attempted to do the same thing in the palm of his hand. he concentrated, and fire sprang up from his palm. Isaac smiled. this was going to be fun. "Kipperin, lets use ember!" Isaac's Ember: _z9eWIq61d201d8+6+10 Kipperin's Ember: 1d202d6+7+81d201d81d202d6+7

Cameron winces from the sharp strike of the baton on his left side, though he doesn't appear to have taken more than a light hit. All those years of getting himself into trouble are paying off, if only a little bit. Then he straightens himself out and narrows his flashing orange eyes at the baton user. "Tougher than you. Just cause you can shoot me a dirty look doesn't mean you're gonna beat me in a fight." The teen concentrates for a moment, balling one hand up into a fist which he throws right at the guard's stomach where he kneed him just before. "Domino, Ember. We wanna be sure this one's out of the fight for later."
Making this guard my Quarry, gives +1 to Accuracy and +2 to skill checks against him for my team. Rock Smash, Fighting Physical, AC2 : oClLUwne1d20+1 1d8+16 Ember, Fire Special, AC2 (18+ Burns): 1d20+1 2d6+221d20+11d8+161d20+12d6+22

"Aww, c'mon Cameron, let me have some fun too!" Mike thrusts his palms into the Cameron's guard's back, the barbs in his wrists puncturing the guards flesh. "Tinea let's head down." Mike and Butterfree head downstairs to aid Owain, leaving Cameron and Isaac to handle the upstairs.

One of the guards is blown completely off the balcony and slams into the ground below, unconscious. 2 of them manage to catch hold of the guard rails and are hanging over the edge. The last guard manages to catch himself on the guard rails better and still stays up. Fell Stinger drops one of the guards that had been hanging off the edge. Meanwhile Isaac and Kip look on the ground floor for targets, but don't see any gaurds down there, so they shoot there fire at the two guards left standing/clinging. The clinging one falls to the ground, but the acrobatic one manages to stay up and makes another attack on Isaac, hurling himself bodily and giving an angry leer. Struggle 4HnFJvo51d20 1d8+17 Leer 1d20 Meanwhile, Cameron and his pokemon manage to take out the tough guard upstairs and the way is clear to enter the room behind him. There are about ten more guards in various places on the cat walk, all heading in the general direction of you guys, but none of them close yet. 1d201d8+171d20

#Did the Fell Stinger knock out the one it hit? I ask because of the possible Attack boost. Oh and didn't Erika say she would handle all of the guards? What happened with that? Mike ddecides against hopping down, and instead attacks the guard on top of Isaac with Fell Stinger, again, but only goes in after his Butterfree attacks, "Tinea, get him, I'll follow up!" Psybeam xgOs5AdB1d20+3(Compound Eyes) 2d6+28Confuses on 19+. Fell Stinger 1d201d8+15+5 if he's slower, and another +5 if Mike got the Fell Stinger Boost from before. Should they succeed and knock out the guard, Mike will head to the room, but instead of entering, will spray the connecting catwalk paths with Sticky Web, and repel down to the bottom floor(Wall Climber and Threaded). 1d20+32d6+281d201d8+15
