You arrive early at the food court, get a pretty nice breakfast/lunch for 5 pyen and when you finish eating you realize the flaw in your plan to try and watch the folks as they came in. Other than the general description of the food court, the only thing these guys had to go on as far as the meeting location was your description. The ones that were any good at their jobs would be indistinguishable from the normal patrons. As you consider this, a cheery young woman in extremely brightly colored clothing sits down next to you. "Nice of you to show up early. I probably know most of the folks who are going to be joining us today so if you want some descriptions, I can give you the play by play as they show up. Most of them will show up 15 minutes early and wait around watching for the others until the noon meeting time so their will be plenty of time for me to point them out and give you a description. Of course describing can be thirsty work, so I certainly would not mind a soda to keep me refreshed while we wait."

##Woo! My own thread! I did realize that my appearance is what they were looking for, that's why I rolled stealth, lol.
Kage glares annoyingly at the girl, interrupting his meal, but slides his Soda over to her. He wasn't thirsty anyway. "So, who are we expecting? And who might you be?"

The girl sips the soda and then speaks again. "The name is Anne, pleasure to meet you. In general I am good at people. I like to know about them, know how they react in certain situations, know what motivates them, and what sorts of things one can do to tap into that motivation. In more common parlance, I am a conman, though more recently I have gotten into salesmanship. As far as who we are expecting, I can't say for sure, as our mutual friend is not big on giving out names. Care to share yours by the way?" Whether you reply in the negative or positive she smiles and moves along. "I would expect to see the Golden Twins, a couple of brothers who share a common interest in tall buildings and expensive jewelry. You'll probably meet Pete, a man with exactly one skill. He is however so wonderful at the art of quickly relieving folks of their consciousness that most choose to ignore his flaws. I'd also guess you'll get a chance to meet Gretel, but maybe not in person. She has the habit of acting through cat's paws and was likely described as a master planer. Those are the folks that are connected most thoroughly to our mutual friend and are most likely to arrive, but I'll have to see the rest before I can tell you about them. Care to give me an idea of what exactly you are looking to get done here today while we wait?"

To answer her first question, "I'm Kage. My specialty is subtlety and entry. If there's a way in, I can find it and exploit it." Listening to her descriptions of those he might be meeting, Kage starts to formulate his plans. "The job I have planned is a heist of the high end bank to the ______(you didn't tell me where it was, but it was noted... lol). I've taken down banks before, but never on my own. When I cased the area, I noticed a lack of foot traffic and an abundance of vehicle traffic on the way there. What that tells me is no prying eyes, obstacles to slow authorities and obstacles for us to use in the getaway."

"Glad the job sounds big enough to be worth doing with this many folks." She sits back and sips her soda and the two of you wait for the others to arrive. Just as she had said, several folks show up fifteen minutes early on the dot. She points out the twins and someone she tells you is a representative of Gretel. She points out a severe looking man who she says is good at tailing people as well as being muscle, a girl who looks to be about fifteen who she says is a bit of a tech expert and can help with any digital surveillance or hacking. She shudders a bit when she points out another older lady who she explains has made a career out of explosions and chemistry in general. After the fifteen minutes are up everyone she pointed out sits down. A moment later a huge man in duster enters the food court and also sits down and a guy you didn't even notice until then gets up from his seat on a bench behind you and also sits down. Anne explains that the big fellow is Pete and the sneaky guy is Wraith. With that, you have the attention of host of criminals. You also notice that the meowth from before had snuck up to the table at one point and was sitting under the table listening.

Kage arranges a few tables together and sits at the head of it, inviting the rest to join him. He introduces himself and tells them all that same thing he told Anne, thoug he adds, "I am looking for a few people who have skills that will benefit the job. My only rules are no killing, this isn't worth loss of life. If you aren't interested, feel free to leave, no hard feelings."

No one immediately leaves. Wraith raises a hand and then speaks in a soft voice. "What are we planning on snagging from the bank? Anything in particular or just stacks of cash? Is it going to be even cuts or how are you planning to distribute the earnings? Do you have a plan for the robbery or are you going to be leaving that part up to Gretal?"

"Thank you for addressing that. Yes, I intend for this to be a cash job, but I have not made entry yet, so there may be other valuables inside. I'll know this by end of day. The split is to be equal shares and yes,I do have a general plan. Though we'd be foolish not hear what Gretal has in mind. Her reputation precedes her, afterall."

Wraith nods and speaks again. "Very well. Are you planning to case the place and then have us meet up again afterwards? Or do you have enough of a plan now to start briefing us?" The old lady, who Anne had not seemed to fond of adds, "I recently aquired an empty warehouse if we want to have a place to meet back at after the job, and have later planning meetings at."

"If you wouldn't mind us using your space, it'd be greatly appreciated. As for the plan, it's changed a bit now that I see the personell we have available to us. The plan is to forge an employment letter and send someone in as that employee. Have them lift a pass or key and head directly in. We'll need someone to break in and plant the document. The best bet for that is to use their on site delivery system, if they have one. Lastly send a pair in, I think "muscles" over there and Anne to con there way into the vault for a tour. Lastly, the three inside will now team up and loot the place. It's a crude plan, but I think it has potential."

Wraith says, "Decent skeleton. I'll do some digging and see what I can find out about the way employees are handled there." Old Lady, "For this job, you can use it for free, but if we turn this into something more permenant, I'll want compensation." She gives the address. Gretal's cat's paw, "I'll talk to Gretal and she'll get back to you about whether she is in, and if she has any improvements to the plan." The tech girl, "I'll see if I can get a hold of the floor plan of the place. Plus any info about their computer system." Anne, "I'll check the place and see if I can get a handle on some of the people. If I'm going to talk my way in, I need to know who I am talking to." The severe man, "When are we all meeting back up again then? Anything for the rest of us to do for this job in the interim?"

"For now, I suppose, we'll just meet up again tomorrow. If everyone does their part, we should have a pretty good handle on the job. I hope noon works again for you all. Thank you for your time." Kage makes small talk with the other cons that stick around and then leaves as well.

The various crooks disappear into the crowd, and you are left alone, the Meowth waving goodbye and also vanishing. As you are getting up to leave, you notice the trench coated guy that Anne had said was great at tailing people sitting at another table and watching you. When you spot him, he waves you over. "So, are you going to be coming up with a plan that uses all of us, are some of us going to be kept out of the loop, or are some of us going to be paid for doing nothing? Cause there were a lot of folks here today and I doubt many reasonable plans would need half as many. Most everyone is going to be expecting that they are in on the job after today though considering you did not tell anyone to take a hike."

Kage didn't think of this at the time. He assumed that his ambiguity and obvious need to plan would show that this is still a tentative plan, but nevertheless it is an issue. "Well, I'm not even sure of the whole plan, yet, but you make a good pointt. After today's recon I'll know more. Honestly, I was mostly using today to feel out the skills of the city." Kage thanks the man for his time and gets to work.
Heading out, Kage heads through the mall looking for a near high end store. He needs disguises for himself, for today's recon, and the two he sends in during the heist. He'll send Dāku in and have hime scare the employees (Frighten Ability? Lol) and during the chaos make out with a few items.

The man gives you a nod as you head off to get ready for the scouting. Your plan seems to work well at first, Daku causing enough of a commotion that you are able to get out of the shop with several outfits that you think will likely be perfect. You start to realize something is wrong however when Daku does not quickly return from the shop. One listened in on conversation later, and you discover that apparently one of the patrons of the shop was a veteran trainer, and quickly knocked out Daku and was apparently on his way to turn the creature over to the pokemon center. From what you know of the laws around this sort of thing, the pokemon center will return your pokemon to you if it has been turned in, but you are responsible for any damage it has done while it was running rampant.
